Our 5 Step Process to a Successful PEO Exit

STEP 1

Introductory Meeting

Meet with us in person or virtually to share your objectives, where you are in the readiness stage to leaving your PEO, and how PostPEO will serve you.

STEP 2

Initial assessment with a no-cost, no obligation admin fee analysis

Utilizing your provided PEO information, a complimentary, no obligation administrative fee analysis is conducted to identify your initial savings. If the analysis supports the decision to transition away from your current PEO and aligns with your objectives, the next step is a committed engagement. During this stage, you’ll designate your worker’s compensation and employee benefit brokers.

STEP 3

Detailed analysis and solution providers

Based on your identified payroll and HR requirements, evaluations are conducted together to determine which vendor best meets your needs. If you’d like to include your CPA or accountant in this step, no problem. Financial advisor support is welcomed and encouraged.

For benefits and workers’ compensation, we’ll collaborate with either your current benefit and/or P&C broker or introduce one of our trusted partners, to collectively develop a customized plan for your employee base, exploring potential cost savings.

STEP 4

Implementation

PostPEO supports you in setting up your state, local and federal registrations and tax accounts. Working alongside your team, we ensure the payroll, HR, benefits, and any other insurance needs are in place within necessary timelines. Support is available to communicate the transition to your employees as well.

STEP 5

Ongoing management

Once implementation is completed, PostPEO continues to consult with your team to ensure the success of the transition.
